                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CHANG W. SON, 
                   ARCHITECTS, INC., RELATIVE TO SERVICES TO BE 
                   PERFORMED ON THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING AT THE 
                   BROWN ACRES GOLF CLUB, FOR A CONSIDERATION 
                   OF FOUR THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,250.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into 
       an Agreement with Chang W. Son, Architects, Inc., relative to 
       services to be performed on the Maintenance Building at the Brown 
       Acres Golf Club, for a consideration of $4,250.00.
